Payment
We accept Credit Card Payments and e-Checks through Paypal. When paying with e-Check, please note that we will not begin work until the e-Check has cleared through Paypal. We require payment in full to begin any project and this amount will vary by project. Hosting and domain charges must be paid for in advance. If payment is not made for any service or late we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the project or service with no refund for payments previously made. We are always happy to work with you so please discuss any financial issues that may arise.

Graphics
Custom graphics purchased are yours and once final payment is received you own all rights to them. They are never resold. Graphics included in pre-made templates are property of Carnation Design and licensed to you only. They cannot be resold or transferred by you. Pre-made templates may be sold mutiple times.

Our Portfolio
Carnation Design reserves the right to use work completed for you in our Portfolio as a represention of our past work experience.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not issue refunds.

Software
Purchase of any software grants you the client a license to use the software, not ownership of such software. You may not tranfer, resell or move any software licensed to you unless prior arrangements have been made in writing permitting you to do so.

Hosting
Occasionally problems can arise that cause your website to be unavailable for a period of time and you may not be able to access your cpanel or other service. This is not necessarily due to our servers. Perhaps your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties, or there might be a routing problem between your ISP and the data center utilized and maintained by us, making communication difficult or impossible. Sometimes weather, or service outages can be the cause. We continously monitor our servers to assure if a problem does arise it is corrected it quickly with as little down time as possible. In no event or circumstance will Carnation Design assume liability for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, business, data or profits, litigation and the like, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, server downtime or otherwise.

Privacy
We will never use your personal information for purposes other then providing you website service. We will never sell, trade or give away our mailing lists, contact lists or any information obtained through contact with us to third parties.

It is the clients responsibility to make sure they have read, understand, and comply with our terms of service before completing their purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any company or individual at our discretion.

We reserve the right to edit or change any or all aspects of our terms any time without notice.
